Shipping And Handling

1. We will process and ship the order in 7 business days after receipt of payment (Pre-order items are excluded).
2. Pre-order items will be processed when figs arrive.
3. All orders will be shipped by Hong Kong Airlines with tracking numbers. Whichever shipping option you select, we will send you an online tracking link for your parcel.
4. Import duties and taxes are not included in the order total; these fees shall be borne by the buyer. In addition, we have no control over customs clearance processing times in your country.
5. Please ensure you submit accurate shipping address and contact information. We accept no liability for undeliverable shipments caused by incorrect information.
